Manage servers–> edit main server–> check ports and put again your ssh password–> save–> full reload
Check if any proxy cut down connection between your main and our CMS
Check if you can access ssh
Once enter ssh run : “df –h” to check if you have any 100% full folder
If yes delete and create some free space
Run “service mysql restart” and wait for your server to respond, after that check if you can access your panel again
Run “/home/streamcreed/start_services.sh” and check what error you get. Most of the times this error will guide you on what to do next.
As a final solution, reboot your main server
If the problem still occurs, please take a backup from your local backup option in your panel, save it locally, delete main server from manage servers menu, install main server again, put your backup in the exact same directory that it was before, go to database manager, restore your backup.

Please always make sure that you delete your logs often with your TOOLS.
If your load balance is down
Check if you can access ssh
