If your main server is down

  1. Manage servers–> edit main server–> check ports and put again your ssh password–> save–> full reload
  2. Check if any proxy cut down connection between your main and our CMS
  3. Check if you can access ssh
  4. Once enter ssh run : “df –h” to check if you have any 100% full folder
  5. If yes delete and create some free space
  6. Run “service mysql restart” and wait for your server to respond, after that check if you can access your panel again
  7. Run “/home/streamcreed/start_services.sh” and check what error you get. Most of the times this error will guide you on what to do next.

  9. If the problem still occurs, please take a backup from your local backup option in your panel, save it locally, delete main server from manage servers menu, install main server again, put your backup in the exact same directory that it was before, go to database manager, restore your backup.
  10. If you cannot take a backup from your local backup option, please follow the steps given in How to take backup from SSH - How to restore backup from SSH FAQ
